Thats the problem - you like a girl you give a fuck. To be an Alpha guy are we not allowed to like a girl? When a girl kinda goes drinkin with another bunch of guys rather than goin with you - do you ignore it and dont let it hinder your game therefore you dont hesitate in askin her out again? or go off with another girl?

Im starting up and trying to improve controlling my inner self but it is difficult when you get to like a girl.

First rule be the amog

Do this by correcting :- Body language , Vocal tone , beef up a bit , socail proof + respect from others , strong eye contact , Be a leader and Lead the way , Walk slooooooooooooww , Dont let things phase you

When people try to make fun of you ignore them or either reply with a witty comeback or short one worded responses such as " awesome , cool , interesting , Terrific , Charming , Oh my Or my favorite Thats cute

My solution would be to find a new one. She already is stressing you out. it's time to go after the newer better model. Not to get your hopes up but her seeing your ability to brush things off could actually spark some interest in you.

First thing is posture. Second thing is - don't talk too much or too fast. Third thing is focus. Make everyone feel important. Alpha males are magnetic because they seem to raise the status of those near them - men or women. Playful sarcasm and a few negs are okay, but nobody wants to hang around a raging douchebag who thinks he's better than everyone else.

The best way to do this is to help the other men around you and your target to get girls. This makes them happy, and occupies them so you are free to go for the lady of your choice.

so guys, i went out on friday and i was gaming a girl when one of my friends kept cutting across and talking to her.
it was bad because he was being an AFC for example he went up to her and said look at the wall paper.
she was oright about it but i think his antics DLV'd me.
how do i combat people out of sink of the game??????
what would you guys do in that situation?

isolate the girl, find a girl for your friend to distract him.

e.g. tell him to order both of you 2 drinks. then find a girl and tell her you have a friend who needs help finishing his drinks and send her over to him. then isolate your HB
