Ive been bouncing at a club with a younger crowd for a few weeks now, still getting into it. I use every opportunity i can to try small approaches, while still being proffessional and doing my job. Its almost impossible not to as you are constantly interacting with people ( just inside the door checking for stamps). I have landed a few girls numbers, some to which i am seeing now. Anyone else experience the club scene first hand by working it, and how has it helped your game/ your successes with it?

Be very friendly with people. Talk, Joke, Smile (very important because people are naturally fearful of bouncers). The main problem you are going to run into is the dehumanized way the girls tend to view you. As a bouncer, they tend to view you as part of the club rather than a human being at the club. They see you as an ID checking machine, or a drunk ejecting machine, rather than a human being. You must overcome this by getting their attention and letting them see your personality. Jokes are the best way to do this.

If you are the doorman, they have to interact with you to get in and there is not as much noise so you can talk at a normal level. The only problem with that is that you only get a moment with them before they go into the club, then they drink and dance till they forget you completely.

If you are a roamer, you have the most freedom because you can walk around and interact at will. So as long as your friendly, make an effort to be social, and discreetly approach women, you'll do fine.

The most common bouncer is a posted one. Your only option at this point is to try and make sexual eye contact with various women in the club and try to draw them to you, since you can't leave your post to go to them. With the right coy smirk and the right sexual eye gaze, you should be able to pull this off. But you'll probably only be able to do this to the sober chick, cause once they're drunk, they won't notice you at all.

Also, it helps if you end up helping to clear out the parking lot at the end of the night (or just be outside if your club doesn't bother to clear lots), because if the chicks you've been interacting are still hanging around afterward, this is your best chance to discreetly exchange info, or setup a late nite meet up somewhere else like an after party, a Denny's, a kickback at someones house, or somewhere like that.

The hardest part is not meeting women. The hardest part is going to be finding the line where you can meet women and not get fired. It's really easy to forget you are working while socializing with women. And it's even easier to abuse your power in order to impress women, like comping their cover or getting them to the front of lines or letting them use employee restrooms (I used to do that all the time, women are very appreciative of this in a crowded bar, trust me). But if you don't find the line of professionalism that your boss expects of you (and it varys greatly depending on how cool your boss is), you will get fired very quickly.

Also don't overlook the wait staff and female bartenders. A lot of time they tend to be single because they are always working on the weekends, and they are usually hot to attract customers. This may seem like a bad idea, but there is such a high turnover rate in the club business anyway, that you might as well take advantage since one of you will probably be leaving the club in less than a year anyway. And even if you are against dating employees, make good friends with them because hot chicks have hot friends, hot friends which probably come to visit them at work.

Also get in good with the promoters. A good promoter will have the contact info of at least 50-100 ultra hot women. If anyone could hook you up, it would be a promoter. And watch them as well because they tend to be the smoothest and most social people on the planet. They basically made a job out of knowing hot women and being close enough to them to be able to decide their weekend plans.
