Hey, so I know I'm new here, but I'm goign to keep posting threads like this and keep asking questions because I want to learn. So let me start from begining, with this one.

I'm 19, and work as a front end supervisor at a grocery store (ie, I supervise cashiers). One of the cashiers I supervise is a HB, and though I keep co-workers off limits, she has a really hot 16 year old sister. So this sister is friends with all the other 16,17, and 18 year old cute girls at the store, and she comes in once in a while. Now I know she's attracted to me because I see her looking at me whenever she comes in (I usually get a couple glances each time) and one time, at night when the store was closing, she was in with her friends, and tried to talk to me, but I didnt talk back to her because I was with customers, talking to some of the other males in the group (DHV, Ignore the target!)

So I joined this forum, and discovered the facebook poke game mentioned here. So I tried it out; poked a bunch of different girls on facebook, including her, and the first poke back was her (IOI)

Me: Dont you know its not safe to poke strangers? I guess your parents never taught you that...

Her: Sorry i dont talk to strangers.

Me: but you poke? You're agressive...
Me: ... or just flirty

Then over facebook IM went something like this:
Her: Hey, I cant read your messages over facebook
Her: They keep poping up, but I cant read them
Her: And I poked you because I thought you poked me
Me: I said but you poke strangers? You're agressive
Me ... or just flirty

Me: I gotta go, but message me back sometime


Then I sign back in a couple hours later and I see
Her: No thanks
Her: I dont talk to strangers

So of course, I messaged her with my response to her Shit Test
Me : you dont talk to strangers period? Not even if they have candy?

And still awaiting a response

So it looks like my questions really how'd I do and what could I have done better? And also, should I message her back/if so how long, keeping in mind this happened about 24 hours ago.

and the flirty flirty bit is too direct. only do that for sure when shes toootttally flirting with you.
