Well two things come to mind. "youre not even goign to miss me? " comes off as needy, and you let her end the interaction first.

Next time you see her on you might try to open with "hey dork, moved to california yet?"
and then maybe ask her to meet you for "goodbye coffee"

See the pattern? Without even reading the words said, I already know that she already knows she owns you. Keep it at a 2:1 ratio. For every two words she says to you, you say one.
