so i been here about a week, and i met a few guys that have help, and first i wanted to say thank you. but now i got a question i couldnt help my friend with, so i wanted to see what you guys have to say.

so my friend has been talkin to this chick about 2-3 weeks now, and she seems to be showing him alot of IOI's. but lately he has been trying to see her, and at first shes make a plan, but she always has a excused to flake after. he tried to be casual and ask her if she was scared, but she said she isnt.

is she lying? or is she just playing games? what can i relay to him to help him out?
