Shows how much you know women, or at least dominant women. I've met a lot like this, and if it was a good firm slap to hard slap, this is the case. If it was playful, then it is not. Judging from what he posted though, it is. She is the more than likely the type to take control, which is indicated by her walking up to HIM and asking HIM for his number, not the other way around.
On top of that it really depends on his personality, because if it's more Dominant then this is a lost cause. If its more submissive, she is exactly what he is looking for. There is nothing wrong with it at all, for that person. Maybe you can't be submissive, which is fine. But this chick is NOT submissive, and being Dominant wouldn't fly with her. She would just laugh at you like you would her.
If anything is going to happen, she makes sure it's on her terms.
