I know I need to find events to invite someone to or things which I'm doing they can tag along in but after 10pm in general is too late. Is there any way of arranging a future date without going through the whole process of comparing diaries which seems to be causing a lack of interesting?

I know where the places are which are open late but people with a day job are starting to think about crashing when I'm thinking about partying
