Recently starting seeing someone. She's awesome.

NOW, when it comes to the bedroom, every oppurtunity we've had to sleep together has failed in some way. The other night (Friday) we were in bed together but we had some friends over downstairs that were being annoying and making loads of noise. This threw me off abit and I lost my hard on....

anyway, that alone was like the worst moment ever. But lastnight, I didnt really wonna start messing around but she did. I was shattered and I had to be up early for a VERY important job interview, so you can understand my mind being elsewhere. I had to let her down gently and basically say that I was too tired and not in the mood.

She wasn't best pleased as expected but I REALLY wasnt feeling it.

SOOO, now its like we've built up this moment we have sex properly for the first time. but now im alittle anxious at it seems like these barriers keep coming up...

Does anyone have any tips on anxiety, or setting a good mood / vibe before taking a girl to bed...

I'm in my head abit too much at the moment, but i'm working on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To have sex properly with a girl I think you gotta be on your own just the two of you. None of this people downstairs business as that, and what happened to you, increases the anxiety and increases the possibility of losing your hard on.

I think what you need to do is go out for a few drinks with the girl and have a laugh with the intensity and attraction still there you wont resists kissing etc. Whisk her off to your place, or hotel or wherever and fuck hard.

What I would say tho as the most important thing is foreplay and even pre foreplay. foreplay is so so important but pre foreplay I think is the most important thing.

Definitely, we're on our own tonight so that's the plan.

I think the lack of pre foreplay is what fucked things up last time, tried to dive in there abit too quickly, rushed it.

Part of me can't help but think she's gonna be getting pissed off VERY soon so theres abit of pressre there. Tonight I'm gonna push right through that shit.

No worries... but Dude mate... dont put pressure on yourself cos that also increases anxiety.

Thats why I suggested a couple of drinks. to remove the pressure. I think the pre foreplay is important and get that rioght everything will be fine cos the sexual tension will be high.

I have been there where as soon as I put a condom on I instantly lose the hard on.
