whats does being in the moment mean to you guys ?

To me this is a state where no matter what you say it comes out right, whatever you do it works, It is awesome, It is flawless, It is perfection.

nice ...the nimbus ..i experienced it a couple of times..but i seem to have trouble getting back into that state ...any tips.... from my understanding to be in the moment u need to take attention away from the mind and put it on something external..is there anything particular u pay attention to when walking up.......

first I remember these things, even say them to yourself if you feel the need
1. I am the prize
2. Women want me
3. nobody here is any better or anymore confident then me
4. When I see something I want I go get it, and want it more then anyone else does
5. Your goal is to have fun remember that

Next with the state you should have now from telling yourself these things, go start talking chatting up people, get pumped, get a fire goin under your ass, Just keep building, anything that happens thats negative just ignore it, and keep going. just keep going till you are there

It means if I have a girl in mind, there is no way I'm gonna be IN the moment. It doesn't have to be a girl; any object that takes away from me seeing what is actually going on around me. It's a sate of just noticing things, not getting stuck with what's going on with people or me, or what people say or what I say.

Therefore, quite naturally, this state of mind comes to one who is at peace with himself and the people around him. Keep reminding yourself that you're just playing a game; that you're having fun and so is everyone else around you. If you do so, you will no longer care so much, no longer attach to, no longer get stuck on things, and this, my friend, is a life lived in the very moment.
