Dude, I just bombed out in a similar experience. Here's a gem for you. When she says "I'm withholding sex as a bargaining chip for marriage," just believe her. Especially at that age. Feel sorry for the AFC that confuses sexual tension for love and actually marries her. Some women are sexual camels and can go years in a desert dry spell.

If you keep pursuing, what will happen is your ego will get tied up into cracking her. You will invest ridiculous amounts of time trying to "win" with a girl that 1) isn't very attractive and 2) you don't actually like. At all. I know it's a blow to your pride, but call it a loss; you don't even fucking like her. No PUA hits every pitch; they just don't wait around for girls to walk them.

Also, if you don't have an open relationship with your girlfriend (which you probably don't since you waited til she was gone), you are a dirtbag and entitled to your fair share of misery.
