So this girl that I am friends with is going out for her birthday but she didn't invite me. I talked to her on fb the other day for the first time in a while but I think I may have come off as unfriendly:
Her: So when are you gonna come visit?
Me: Dunno, pretty busy these days
Her: Lame
(this is the only relevant part of the convo)
Would someone normally ask a precursor question such as this before inviting ? It doesn't make sense to me because we have the same group of close friends. She never even told me about it though my facebook page is raped with our other friends talking about what a great night its gonna be.

I want to find out why she didn't invite me. Depending on whatever the reason, how should I act towards her after? I'm actually kind of upset about this but I don't want her to know that
