your gunna have to read alot deeper into the subject but i guess i can give you a few tips on stuff ive had work.

kino = start early. the longer you wait to touch her the stranger it will be when it happens. after 5 mins the doors pretty much closed. for example. get a hug when she walks in the door. this sucks cuz along with AA you get kino anxiety. dont waste your window.

posture: shoulders back (shoulderblades together) all fucking night. it feels awkward too you but she wont notice and shell only think you look more attractive. doesnt matter what position your in (sitting upright/lounging.) TAKE UP SPACE. the bigger you look the more confident you look. dont be so big its awkward just take up space without being afraid. o also try not to ever lean in to her if your sitting across the table. the idea is that you dont want to show your hand and by leaning in to the table and getting rid of your posture it puts you in a weaker position.

eye contact: hold eye contact, look like you are really interested in what shes saying. BUT THIS GOES HAND IN HAND WITH POSTURE. if the hunch back of notre dame is looking up at her and holding strong eye contact its creepy as fuck. if big perfect posture Arnold Schwarzenegger is holding eye contact its sexy and powerful.

verbal stuff: if your socially gifted and can make her have a fun convo its attractive in its own . if your not so much, some basic things to keep in mind. CONNECT. the more you connect with her the better. she says fishing, you jog your mind for every fishing experience youve ever had. stories, friends stories, placees you used to go, this is basic social skills. use things like push pull, GENTLE playful teases, cocky funny.

voice tonality: slow down when you talk, pause alot, dont be retarded but it creates tension and keeps their attention. also talking slowly shows super confidence.

im by no means a pua, im still in afc land but these are all the most helpful things ive learned.

the most important thing: never feel embarrassed no matter how embarrassing it was because theres no such thing as rejection. there is only learning.

btw explaining this shit to other ppl really helps YOU understand it more. ive told this stuff to maybe five other afc's i know and everytime i pick up on things i didnt realize i did.
