Now its summer, and she tells me she works near me and we should go for lunch sometime. start by telling her she's going to come over and cook you dinner. when she refuses, hint that it's probably because she can't cook. go from there.

I think the above suggestion is good, or you could meet her out at night. When she meets you at the bar/party/whatever put your arm around her and treat her like your girlfriend right away. Do not drive her / bring her to the event. I know you don't want to date her but if you think she is a virgin she may be shy and/or uncomfortable still, and you can remedy this by using a ton of kino. Start with a solid hug when you meet.... when you two are talking, move her somewhere by using your hands at her waist, run your hand thru her hair, etc. I think you want to avoid dinner because it's such a cliche precursor to sex that it will trigger a lot of LMR. Plus you can't kino at dinner.

Or, you could tease her for being needy. If she's a bitch about it, move on.

Either that, or take her to McDonald's. That'll show her.
