For awhile now i've been doing some research on the subconscious mind and what not and I came across this really interesting article/site. It is by a guy named Merlin and he explains how the SM works and such. You can alter the SM by creating NAP's night audio programs and you just repeat it while you are sleeping at night. I didn't believe it for myself so i started to create a NAP for me on doing better in school, make my study habbits better ect. I felt like it worked for me but now I wanted to try it for improving my game. Maybe create a NAP for improving self confidence, the way you talk, and such. Im not sure if this would work for improving your game with women, but i wanted to share this with everyone on here and want to see your opinions on this. Do you think this can really improve one's game, i know for sure that it worked for me on something else, it can deff work on building self confidence and removing social anxiety for anyone who has it. Share your thoughts.
