Ok so, If I open a girl by asking were they are from (I heard her talk thick accent Colombia btw) and she responds with a follow up question "were are YOOUU from?" is that an IOI?

This is how it went. BTW she was on her way out......

ME: Were are you from
HER: Colombia
HER: were are you from (quickly after that ^^^^)
ME: You know this flag? (on my trunks)
HER: Texas
ME:??? you're from Colombia and you don't know that flag?
HER: Yeah Texas.....
ME: Are you serious????!!!!
this went on a LiL bit longer, before a ease dropper just said Panama she smiled and proceeded to leave.

any IOI's here? Because I got the since she was teasing me.....

Might have been an IOI, but then again she might have just been friendly. If she was actually teasing you then yes there probably was a touch of interest....the question that comes to mind is, where did she proceed to leave to?
