What are some good online resources that teaches you what to say to a girl in any situation?

The reason I am asking is because I feel like I am not very good talking to people as there are times when I don't know what to say or do to better up an uncomfortable situation.

For instance, recently a girl said to me "Can you stop bsing. If you keep doing it, I won't talk to you again. I'm serious"

And then in my head, I would be like "errr.. bsing? wtf?" then i won't know what to say or do, and I end up doing nothing.

Have anyone come across a similar problem? If so, do you guys know of any resources I can get a hold of to deal with these kinds of situation?
