So the other night, well basically, this past year, I've kinda grown out of the PUA tactics, just a lil and just run off what I feel is right. The other night I was talking to this girl, I noticed she was following me around the venue on the side of my sight. So I just said "Hey!" and she quickly introduced her self. We started talking about whatever...

I was buzzing a lil too and I told her all my views and perspectives on life. Topics I talked about were like the hardest situation I've been through (life changing), how writing things down make you realize things better (I gave a situation were writing things down made me realize what I haven't realized), how having a strong mind and not giving into all the bad influences that your friends try to get you into (all her friends were on stuff and she wasn't; and I told her I respected that she was thinking above the influence), how all these situations can shape who she is in the future, and like the part were she really really liked and believed was when I told her that what I realized is that the best friends are the ones were the ones that I know we both exist (long conversation... hard to explain on this forum).

But she reallly really respected it and we felt connected on another level that I've never had with anyone else. Its hard to explain this feeling and I've only read stuff about building attraction with the 4 main things (protector, leader, pre selected, stands up).

Sounds like rapport. People who share beliefs can generate rapport easily. Of course, too much rapport and you're LJBF'd.
