So I hooked up with a friend recently that i have wanted to get with for a long time. We just made out and she had a boyfriend, so i didnt think much of it. They broke up about a week later. We hung out a couple times after that, but no hook up since it was with a group of friends. Then I went home for the summer (were both in college). About two weeks later I had to go back up to school for a night and she said I could stay at her place, which I did. We went out with friends, but me and her were together pretty much the whole night. Everytime we hang out with friends we end up sticking together. I slept in her bed and we made out and I got her shirt off, but was denied anything further, I may have moved past foreplay a bit quickly haha. We hung out the next day but didnt really discuss the previous night. The day after that, after i went back home, she texted me some normal stuff, nothing about us. Anyway I like her a lot, but cant tell if I am just a hook up for her or possibly more. Is there anything I can do to figure this out/keep things going further? Since I am away from school I am limited to text/phone calls/or facebook. My friend used to get with her years ago, doesn't bother me, but she is supposed to be wild in the sac. What do I do?

Long-distance stuff rarely works. Basically, when you meet her next, escalate as much as you can and hope it goes somewhere. It sounds like you have enough attraction to do so.
