What do i do when my girlfriend gets a LMR becuase everytime i tried to get further with her, she always stops me.

take the ability for her to have LMR away from her by you yourself having LMR first.

There are tons of ways to break LMR.

I should note that if she's stopping you by just not letting you take off her pants or anything, just say, I understand, and go back a step or two. Eventually she gets horny and you try again, and if you fail again, you can do a "freeze-out", where you just stop all the action and go do something else. In that case she will probably want your attention and comfort back, and will suck you back in, where you should be able to take it a step further.

Another way to break LMR is by stealing her frame. Like Kristall said, if you can "steal her frame" and put up LMR first, she gets confused. Example: You guys are making out pretty passionately, then you act a little hesitant and start expressing doubts. Then SHE tries to take it further, etc. etc. Don't do this if you don't think she'll have LMR, or it will just piss her off.
