Opener/reason/cold read/num-close/k-close/etc.

it explains every step in detail right from A1 which is opening the set and what it involes, right until C3 (i think) which is full close, very in depth on what needs to be done and how to do it at every stage, although parts of the book i found boring, it really has everything you need.
Also styles, rules of the game, gives you a guide with a challenge to go with it to get you out in the field and is really a great book to learn and fine tune your game
