I've got a bit of a home advantage on the subject, in that I can last a long time when I want to but more importantly.. I have little to no refractory period. I've actually had marathons that lasted long enough for me to have two and even three orgasms without pulling out.
How is this relevant?

What the original poster is talking about is being able to separate your orgasm from your ejaculation. Which means you have a shorter refractory period between orgasm and getting hard again, it is drastically shorter.

Although I'm not sure how to shorten or remove the refractory period I do recall hearing of a technique to prolong yourself.

Yes I do read what comes first, and no I'm not just trying to talk myself up over the internet.
Really? You read what comes first?

Original poster, first you need to get a stronger PC muscle, otherwise this is never going to be an option for you.
Quote:
You know that muscle you use to hold it in when you really, really need to take a leak?
Oh, I don't know...could it of been the PC muscle that was in the post right above yours? Interesting...

My self confidence is doing just fine thanks, not sure if I can say the same about yours though if you resort to hostility on forums. o.0; Grow up, this is a positive vibe community.
Your confidence doesn't seem to be that in tact if you have to stick to irrelevant information and back peddle when called on your shit. Positive vibe community? You mean a bunch of guys who have no idea what they are talking about stroking each other's egos? Yes, then you are correct!
1. Relevant as it displays a familiarity with the subject, implying I'm at very least a reasonable source, not pulling stuff out of thin air.
2. I made no mention of separating orgasm/ejaculation, I did hear about a way to prolong sex before an orgasm. There is no redundancy in my post.
3. 1/100 people know offhand what that muscles name is, I simplified it so that people would know what was being referred to without having to look it up.
Please leave the negativity at the door. These forums are a great place for people to learn to improve their self esteem and their self worth, not a place for arguements. Also, highjacking threads in this manner is against TOS. x.x
OP: Hope the responses have been helpful. Oh, a good thing to look up would be "Kegels". Kegels exercises are a great way to work on what we've discussed.
