I started a new job recently and it's based in the city. I see a bazillion women walk past my estate agencies window everyday but I always feel like there out of reach. I don't really give a f*ck so I don't have approach anxiety anymore.

What I'm after is a witty opener which will start a short conversation and hopefully lead onto something else. It can't be to crude and it'll have to be slightly professional because in a way I'm representing my company and I'm new. If it ties in with being an estate agent all the better.

For you Americans an estate agent is a Realtor.

And it realy annoys me, because this lighthouse has to be finished in 1 month and I can't afford another slave.
So maby you can tell me where I can buy such flip flops, it actually doesnt matter if they make him super gay with diamonds and all, I just need to buy some.
