Posts: 38 | | I have heard around the forums that several mPUAs underwent serious hypnosis to overcome self-esteem issues and the likes before they became the gurus we now know them as. Are there any sorts of hypnosis product on the market that is relevant to pua (something I can purchase, download, and then listen to / watch).

Posts: 24 | | I think you can do it yourself... After I broke up with my ex I spent a year with a really low self-esteem, I wouldn't talk to any girls, I lost my job everything... I'm not a 'guru' now but I convinced myself that I was great, talented, hot, sweet, etc. I got a decent job and I've been picking up some nice girls, even my ex girlfriend messages me from time to time. It's all in your head and as such you can convince yourself. Just look at yourself in the mirror and see all the good things you have! That's what I did and this year I'm a new person.
