However, I am new to pick up and I have found gaming at the library to be difficult. I believe it may be because it is such a quiet environment where everyone within close proximity is listening to what I say. Are there better places on a college campus to start gaming?
Thanks![/list]

I think my biggest fear to get over in AA isn't being afraid of the girl, but rather having people overhear my conversation. I'm not sure why, but I get embarrassed knowing someone is listening to me hit on a woman.
Have you tried the local coffee shops? Or how about reading rooms....the English department at my college has a room devoted to reading where students can just come and go....women LOVE reading, so that's a good spot.
I've been spending my time in the commons a lot too, or if it's nice out, just chilling on a bench/spot of grass outside of a busy building. I've gotten tons of smiles and looks from passersby this way.

I am not a huge fan of the library. Most campuses have some sort of student union or activity center. Usually has a place to get food and lots of space to study? This is an ideal SPAM for day game. Lots of people hanging out, trying to study but ready for a distraction, and the environment is already busy and energetic most of the time.
If your campus doesn't have one, then a nearby coffee shop? There will invariably be somewhere other than the library that people go when they want to study and hang out. That's where you want to be.
