Hi, I've read/listened to Mystery's theory that when a mate is attracted to you, she'll turn your back towards you. This happened to me today at school and I don't know how I should have handled it (maybe it wasn't even attraction)...
One of my classes at college has a 15 minute break (it's a 3 hour class), and I went out with a group of people (since we're planning to go to the museum Saturday for some extra credit). Outside, I got myself some chips from a vending machine and I was talking to these two girls (one of whom I studied with before and been to her place). Girl three walks on the scene (I'm actually seriously interested in this girl, and even though she's shown some IOI's, I can't tell if she's into me or not) and even though the two girls were kind of talking to each other (it was some bullshit conversation I wasn't interested in), I was clearly "in" the social circle. So this girl literally walks right in front of me and cuts me off from the other 2 girls. I was literally dumbfounded because it was pretty fucking rude. I mean, I wasn't talking to the girls since they had some other convo going on, but you know, hey? You just walked in front of me, what the fuck?
I shrugged it off so whatever. Like 15 seconds later, girl three goes to the vending machine tries to buy something but it won't accept her dollar and whines about it just in general and I said "blah blah, you gotta crease it" Kind of a dumb response but whatever and she turns to me in a whiny bitchy voice "oh I'm just soo lazy" and smiles at me. I smile back and don't really say anything.
Okay, what the fuck was that about? Is she into me? Is she not? Was she just having a bad day or something? How could I have responded (in the several situations that arose)?
In retrospect, as soon as she would have gotten in front of me, I should have playfully pushed her away (kino) and been like "Hey, I'm trying to eavesdrop here" or something. Or maybe I'm just over analyzing the situation?
Thanks
