How do you deal with cockblockers constantly saying shit about you in front of girls? I've noticed people have been doing that to me very often now. Maybe trying to outalpha?

Depends on how you want to handle the situation. If these are people you know or are your "friends", you could just laugh them off as if they were just joking by saying "Ha! I love my friends! There such asshole!" all while smiling. If they aren't friends well...that's gonna be up to you. If you have enough attraction going on then you can simply take her by the hand, tell the CB's "good seeing you" and walk off. Or you could what I do and AMOG the shit outta them. Seriously make them look like insecure tools. You can use the search for AMOG'ing skills here (a lot to choose from). I know some PUA's look down on AMOGing but I think it's fine and a natural thing to do. Why would you AMOG a cockblock? Because fuck them that's why.
