So me and this HB7 are going to the fair next weekend. We haven't hung out in forever and she suddenly started talking to me a lot out of nowhere again. I haven't gotten any solid IOIs because I've only talked to her for about 1 minute at a time. Whenever she sees me in the hall way or anywhere she yells my name and is like "I LOVE YOU!!" and she invited me to go hang out (via texting). I want to get with her at the fair that night but I feel like if were in public it won't be that easy. Any tips?
