Here's my situation: I met a girl online, emailed back and forth a bunch and she ended up sending me her number, without me asking, saying we should meet up for coffee. Well that was last Wednesday. She knew through our emails that I'd be out of town for the weekend (fri-mon). So I called her last night (tues) to which she didn't answer so I left a voicemail, simple and short saying call me back heres my number etc. So I'm curious to hear your thoughts about what I should do next in regards to contacting her again. We hit it off pretty well but I didn't call her for 7 days so I don't know if that was a bad thing on my end or not. Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks in advance.

When she gave you her number, did you say "Thanks, I'm out of town for a few days but we should definitely meet up when I get back?". Or did you ignore her phone number and not mention it or call her till you got back?
She probably took it as a brush-off if she gave you her number and you didn't immediately call or arrange something for after you got back. Now you messaged her a week later and she's punishing you for not having called sooner. Either that or she accepted your implied brush-off and moved on to greener pastures.
I think you should try calling her again, explain about being out of town and indicate that you're keen to meet up. She's unlikely to respond to a voicemail; the smart thing to do in that scenario would have been not to leave a voicemail and just call again later.
