how to make things "click"

hey playboy's

how do you make things click between you and the girl?

Im trying to game multiple women at the same time.

and i experience that its easier to talk to some girls as it is to others.
with some girls the convo just does not flow that well, and the jokes are not coming across as well as they should.
how do you guys experience this, and how to make convo's go better.

from my experience, girls are just like that, some are really fun and easy to talk to. others are quite and dont really contribute their end of the interaction.(which could mean they are easier to lead to a close)

i would also like to know how to deal with this, but i usually try and find what interests them or get them talking about themselves
