I'll try and keep this as brief as possible. Out with two buddies of mine to a restaurant for some good food when I notice 3 chics just outside the window talking to each other. I nudge the fellas for their ratings. Turns out one of my friends actually knows them. He goes out and gets them to come in and sit at our booth. We all intro ourselves blah blah. Girl A & B are sisters and girl C, lets just take out out of the equation because we didn't really interact. Anyway I noticed this is what girl B did right after she sat down.

1)Introduced herself - big smile, name x 2 (It was a weird name and I didn't get it the first time), hand outreached to shake mine (i noticed out of the three girls she was the only one to do this)

2)First sentence from her to me - 'You look really familiar, do I know you from somewhere?'

me: Nope. I've never seen you before. (I did this because I was interested in her sister, don't hate)

Her: "Did you ever goto this school, event etc. (can't remember exactly but somewhere along the lines of that)

Me: I don't think so.


All this took place in the first few mins after the girls came in and sat with us. I think she's got some guts coming out pretty direct. She's a beautiful girl and studying to be a lawyer as I later found out. However, she wasn't my taste and I was more interested in her sister. Heres what I got from this interaction of IOIs

1) I got the 'ugly girl likes you' vibe and it alerted the defenses as you can see by my responses.

2) She engaged me no one else.

3) All the other IOIs (Full EC, big smile etc.)

There is no 100% guaranteed that a girl wants you. I know that and every point I made can be argued, but I felt in this situation I had a lot of pieces of the puzzle and could figure out that this girls was digging me. A little sprinkle of kino on her and she would've been mine.

I'm just posting to check my answers. What do you fellas think??

I think you have a serious lack of confidence. You don't like the girl but you are still studying the IOI's because you want her to like you in order to feel better about yourself. I am not judging you. It is pretty normal to be like this but a real confident person wouldn't even care about that. It is possible she liked you. She was giving ioi's. But you can never be sure unless you go for it.
