So i met this girl last year whilst i was studying for my law exams. She was an absolute knockout - basically shes amazingly hot, I managed to get hold of her number through a friend and she didn't mind me texting her even though half the time she didn't respond.
Shes a cocktease and theres many cockblockers involved - thus its hard to get a minute alone with her. I started chatting to her again and asked her out for dinner, she agreed.
When I text her the next day she was just flirting and blew me off. So I flipped out and told her that shes arrogant. I started to freeze her out and she then started chatting to me on msn and it was obvious that it got to her. Now we chat again every now and then in the library but shes kinda scared and freaked out since the day I flipped and yelled at her. Shes gonna go back to new york in 3 weeks and I really need to progress before then...
is there hope? what do i do?!

You need to "run into her" without setting up a meeting if possible and then utilize basic nonverbal/verbal PU with whatever style who feel most comfortable with. If this cant be done then you have to somehow in a non-date kinda way get her to go somewhere you will be or find out where she will be socially within the next 3 weeks.

Shes a tease but if you can convince her you are higher value (without saying it) then she thought and that you have the ability to get hotter chicks then her/in combination with solid game...she will find herself quite attracted.

First off, you are not going to be able to salvage this situation. You already came off as a complete creeper with too much emotional investment with a girl you HAVEN'T EVEN HUNG OUT WITH YET!! Pick-up isn't some magic wand that allows you to date rape chicks. You need to learn some actual material, read some actual pick-up, otherwise you are going to be half-assing it and never get anywhere.
