I'll compare it to the first time you get punched. The first time you get punched in the face you are in utter shock, your whole body freezes up, your brain shuts down, and you lose all balance and equilibrium. Why is this? Probably because your body is so new to the sensation of being punched it doesn't know how to respond. Now how do you get over this? You allow someone to repeatedly punch you in the face until you learn to take a punch, to condition yourself to get used to the pain, and to no longer shut down when hit.
You have had sex twice, you are going to be quick, you are going to be nervous, and you are going to be bad at it until you get more practice. The girl you are with probably already knows that you haven't had sex that much, and if she is cool with it and still wants to sleep with you then I suggest taking it slow, and simply practicing. Don't be in a rush to go fuck and to fuck her like you've probably seen in porn movies. Work on relaxing and enjoying yourself, soon you will be better at sex, hopefully.
