This is my first post, but after conscious risk taking tonight I'm overwhelmed by the need to collect opinion about various possible behavioural responses to an angered/insulted woman!

I'm hitting the bar with an old school friend, and an attention seeking 10 struts up to me and my row of seats saying "Hey can I sit here for a second?", so she could give her friend 'relationship advice'. Although she was an undeniable 10, I felt no attraction towards her attitude and instead used this opportunity as an experiment to push some boundaries.

I replied "No, woman, it's taken!" unsure of the reaction it would inflate.
She FLIPPED. Went fucking nuts on my ass... Screaming and Shouting. Putting me down HARD in front of my buddies. I totally shit a brick, but acted calm. Keeping my cool I ignored her and turned to her friend with the reply "Jesus, is she always like this? I can tell she doesn't like it when she doesn't get her own way!"

By this point she was so unimaginably inflamed that she didn't know what to do with herself! I must have been inches away from a total beating but to my utter, utter surprise she suddenly calms and interrogates me about my job and asks me if I have a girlfriend...

After a verbal test the coin just suddenly flipped from one extreme to the other. I said "look, I don't care what you think but I was talking with jest - My comment came from a place without malice and I'm only sorry that you misperceived my intention."

And BAM!

"Okay, Okay, lets be friends, I'm Rachael, What's your name?"
"I'm Lee, give me a high five Rachael!"

She spent the rest of the night FIGHTING for my attention...

It was a knife edge the whole time. I seriously could have collapsed and had my ego and status bitterly destroyed within mere inches their lives and I was truly petrified beneath my veneer.

So back to the point - I'm very curious if anyone out their has become involved in a situation where they have had to overcome a target that has become insulted, perhaps by some sloppy game or even intentionally, and how they did it. It would be great information to share, in case you ever find yourself desperate to recover your shit inches before the fan.

This blatant rudeness is not something I would usually try, but it worked within a matter of minutes and blasted her elevated social status off its horse and back onto the grass next to me, while I remained taller.

Still, is it worth the risk?

hot girls are used to getting whatever they want from men. they get either get very stroppy or do a totally transparent flirting routine to get whatever's been denied. it's funny to ignore them.

Dude, lets break this down a bit. First off she came looking for attention. She therefore has high value and every guy gawping at her has low value.

She then seeks MORE value asking for your chair. You right now have low to moderate value, because you have the social proof of chattin to your mates.

Then you lowered her value massively. This is what caused the reaction. It lowered her value below yours. She flipped. This sort of thing would not work unless she percieved herself as a 10. If she was a 6,7 or 8 they wouldve felt defeated.

She tried to lower your value by getting you to give a good guy reaction 'oh no im sorry please don't be mad here is the chair.' Instead you turned to her friend, and negged the target indirectly. This raised your value and lowered hers even more.

Then you explained in a calm manner that you spoke in jest. That raised her value a bit more. This is good and lowers her BS, because it seems like you are high value enough to be able to give her value. This is pretty attractive, regardless of what other PUA's say. A high value guy has no problem giving value to make someone feel better.

From this you have made yourself seem very high value. It was the hardcore negging that did it, coupled with your coolness when she flipped out.

Everything she did was a shit test. She could've asked any guy for a chair, but she chose you to shit test. You passed that one, so she upped it a notch. She flipped. Your cool, collected aura let you pass that shit test.

I am willing to bet she has done exactly the same thing to other guys, only to have them fail.

Well done on passing, but heres the most important question: DID YOU CLOSE?!?!

That's a great analysis The Coach, But after reading it there is something that just does not sit right.

From my experiences, 10's as you rated her, don't come looking for attention, they HAVE attention, all the time, they don't need to actively look for it. People in general who have a high value are not attention seeking by nature, they are perceived as high value because they break report.

Again, she wouldn't ask for the chair to obtain value, she would sit down, wordlessly, and obtain value by the afc's lack of challenging her at her action of stealing a seat. But the point is, a high value girl does not ask to sit down.

From the original post i would guess she was a hot girl with low self esteem, it may have been environmental, but your act of denying her a simple common courtesy, was enough to push her into anger.

But anyways, seems like you came out on top and have one really hot girl in your good books. Nice :d
