Ok so uhmMMmMm this chick she gotta be like 15-17, Im not sure.

I would go no further than 2 years apart at that age, ie 15-17, if she is over 16 then it's all legal.
You gotta weigh it up,
Personally i'd say that if she is say just under 16 and your just 17, that's a year apart, it is no big shakes and unless you get her pregnant/annoy her dad it probably wont be a problem. But do bear it in mind.

In short if she is 16+ bang the shit out of her in the hot-tub.
If she is -16, have nice sex in the bedroom and tell no one!
