Okay guys this is becoming a problem for me. I'm living in England and I’m 18. As you know the drinking age and everything age is under or 18 so legality isn’t the issue. It's the damn age barrier.

I did some low level scouting and found no concrete help, so advice would be useful.

On the same day this problem crushed my chances TWICE.

First Time:
22 year old roughly an 8 very good ass so 8 1/2
just finished in the gym it was around 7 at night at the hotel I was staying in (only staying for 3 days) however I only wanted a number close.
So noticed the girl at the desk had changed since going into the gym when I was in the pool. I deliberately did some of my more splashy work out moves in the pool and through my goggles noticed she saw the madness. So I finished my work out and had a shower got dressed clipped a bright pink and orange fluffy gnome onto my necklace (its a lot cooler than it sound) strolled out to the desk and just casually gave my towel in blah blah then embarrassed looked around and said sorry did you see me splashing blah blah then I got her from behind the desk because some work out machines were oddly placed and then I got talking and managed 2 ioi's from her before she asked why I was there.. I said uni... she said how old are you.... DILEMA* (at this point I had stupidly/ deliberately avoided asking how old she was!) I just said 18 you... 22 DAMN conversation totally changed body language distance everything so I just packed it in and left.


Second time:
23 years old and a solid 7
Okay this was a bar maid whom I charmed by neging her terrible bar skills I had my self holding her hands showing her how to mix the drinks. Which worked awesomely till the intimacy faded due to the bar top creating distance. I had her giving me very slight ioi's and if she didn’t have to work, I would have asked her to a different bar and I’m convinced I would have closed. I would have been able to sustain it till she came off work. In the end I did for around 3 hours (I had nothing better to do) and then after delaying it due to the previous failure, she asked what I was doing here in the hotel. I said I was here visiting... she asked if I was a business man so I said no I develop properties which is true. Then she asked what properties I was like damn. So I had to explain hey were near Manchester... (I’m in Cornwall at this point) so then she said what are you visiting... so I said university and then she asked if I was a lecturer? and I said no I’m a student then she gave me this shocked look and took a step back from leaning across the bar a few inches away
She stayed there after she found out I was 18 and she was 23 how ever she constantly hinted that age didn’t matter. Saying she dated a guy 3 years below her and stuff. This was totally out of context. I kept up my tactics till she had to go and she was all talk about going out that night and there was suggestions of me joining her. (I also had the problem that I didn’t know where any decent places were so I was relying on her for that) she quickly got her stuff together and then I bailed, there wasn’t enough ioi's or confidence of the situation within my self to try for another location with her and her friends.

Bar maids are always very easy because it makes us spend money however it was her last night as I found out the next day...


okay so please help there are 2 situations and I keep getting shot in the bloody foot.

most people peg me at least 22 from facial hair etc

I don’t want to lie. But if it’s a very subtle lie then I would consider it...

Sounds like you shot yourself in the foot second time around.

As for lying, I only think it's really a problem if you lie to make yourself younger to take advantge of a girl. To take advantage of someone who is younger than you is wrong - but to take advantage of someone who is older than you (perhaps take advantge is the wrong way to put it - that's never really a good thing)... well, more fool them - they should know better.

There's always that line: '' yeah, but don't feel bad about it - you're not that old and you still look good... for someone so old.''
Turn the tables on her. I'm sure there's a better lines you can come up with, and if this is a response you get quite often, start thinking of some cool canned retorts that demonstrate DHV's

Or instead, don't worry so much about it. If you become convinced that you only being 18 will be an issue, it will become one. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy, and one that I held for the first few months (I was only 20 when I got into this stuff). It sounds to me that you're in some way ashamed of your age; you wish you could be older and have the value and confidence that age brings. Women can sense this lack of congruence, so if you've come at a girl all confident and Mr Smooth Pickup Guy and she senses this indiscrepancy, she's going to blow you out.

My advice is thus, and follows on from your rather alarming comment that you should just lie about your age (you think she won't find out?). Lying to get women into bed is not cool, so don't do it.
Rather, why should you be ashamed of who you are? What's wrong with being 18? You've still got a dick and a body full of testosterone, there's no need to make excuses for fancying hot women. Instead of lying, the best thing to do is be completely honest and unashamed of who you are. If it's normal and cool to you, she'll think it's cool too, and if age really does affect her perspective on you, then she's clearly too shallow and you needn't waste your time on her.

EASY!!!!! Throw the questions back at her.......ask her "How old do you think I am?" She says 23 or 22 or whatever after just say...."you'll have to get to know me better" or "you'll have to find out for yourself". For example I am 21 and have seen 26 year olds....once a girl gets to know you and there is a connection....doesnt matter what ur ages is!

I agree on the lying front. I wouldn’t and haven’t been able to really give it much thought.

But the age gap is a problem, because of the stigma it has attached.

The fact that they assume I am older or equal age to them shows that there is attraction but the moment I say my age the situation goes from passion sexual tension to an older person lecturing the younger... It could be a change in my body language after or during the question. I think a combination of the age isn’t everything type of playful neg and a successful close would boost my confidence permanently. This is one of my bigger problems with my game.

Irony is... with people my age plus 2 years. Age inst a problem. Women in their 30s, my age isn’t a problem. But in between it’s a real pain.

It’s a stigma which will eat at me in my approach so it will weaken my game so I need a full solution and some practice at it.

It’s worst when they look around 18! But turn out to be a lot older!


I like No Fx's idea its a confidence thing now though. Good plan ill compile a list and cover my ass as much as i can!
