Man Transformation by David Deangelo
Or
The Blueprint Decoded by Tyler Durden

I want to get out of the way that I am new here. I have watched bits and pieces of information over the past decade from online sources all the way back to Jr. High. Now that i'm in my early 20's I have picked up interest again.

Both of these are very long, and very similiar in what there trying to get across.. I have watched bits and pieces of them both through video sites for over a year now, and have learnt a lot and enjoyed both.. But now having both in my possetion.. I need to pick one to follow through from beggining to end. Which is why I need opinions on what you guys think was the best for you. Thanks very much

I HIGHLY recommend the blueprint, if you have the time and patience to sit through 25 hours of tyler, then by all means. Almost everything in that series was information I heard for the first time.

Take notes too, I started a few hours and regret not doing that for the first half.

Skip the first hour, it's just an intro with no valuable info
