Let's say you meet this girl, and to you she seems beautiful and what not, but then not EVERYONE has the same taste of girls like you, so maybe you might give her a 9 or 10, but the rest a 7 or 8. So when it comes to that, maybe the girl hasn't been hit on a lot, and so maybe the neg would be too much. Really, when do you know when to use the neg?

I think its worth pointing out that just because a girl is hot or attractive or whatever, doesn't mean she knows it nor is neccessarily confident that she is (in fact some of the least confident girls I have met have occaisionally been the prettiest/hottest of their set). Also don't assume that just because a girl is hot that she is going to be a bitch.
