I like my co-worker and see knows it. I flirt with her and even asked her to be my Valentine. She turned me down but it was not a blatant rejection. It seemed like I was just a little late in asking. There are two reasons why I didn't game her from the start. One is that I'm looking for a new job and two some of her family members work there.

Background Info
I work in the food & nutrition department of a hospital. So I don't plan to be there too much longer. I only flirt with her verbally and not physically (No KINO). She flirts back and plays games with me trying to get my attention. I have a little rapport with her and I'm friends with the main group of her work friends. She might have a boyfriend but I'm pretty sure from the way she flirts back she’s not that in to him. How can I start to kino her without problems arising? How can I find where I stand without going in too direct and possibly getting full on rejected? Any other helpful tips, suggestions and comments are welcome. Thanks Guys

sounds a bit messy to me.....kino, playful, natural looking touching, not forced, .......playful punching, pushing, chasing, tapping to grab attention, accidental touching, touching games. the list goes on

If you are in the workplace be VERY careful because a little unwanted touching becomes a MAJOR FUCKING DEAL when someone gets disgruntled at their lack of a raise or a poor performance review and suddenly they blame it on "that creep from Dietary who keeps touching me and I can't do my work - SEXUAL HARASSMENT!"

If you're interested in this girl, the best way to work it is to invite her to a non-threatening and non-work related event, like a group of coworkers getting together after hours for some drinks or something. If she's still flirty and whatnot then you know she's interested.

Just tread very lightly friend - I've seen whole careers ruined because someone wanted to take a dip into the secretarial pool.

Be careful as everyone said. I have been having issues with a girl at work recently because the sexual tension between us is so great that it has been causing problems. She does great at her job until I get there then all of her attention falls on me. They say I am a distraction to her. That is only one thing among many. I have actually had to suggest letting me speak to her in order to allow her to keep her job. At the same time I work in a place where 12 people work, not 200.

The whole SEXUAL HARASSMENT thing is something I don't have the time and resources for that is why all my flirts have all been just verbal ones. I know the danger that is involved with work place game so I have decided to play a little game of tag with her. Tag is an easy game to play and done with a smile none threatening. If you keep it light and none grabby it should work out fine in theory. I might even try to get the whole department to play along. I will tread very lightly and keep my whits about me.

This is why I keep my game and work seperate. If you fuck up, things can get complicated and akward. You are stuck working with them until one of you quit. Sometimes co-workers hear about it and it just gets worse then you end up quitting. It's like high school all over again, that's why gaming is so hard in highschool because highschool is all about status, you get totally owned by one girl everyone knows about it and there goes your highschool life.

I know that work is like high school all over again. You have many different social clicks and social status that are in play in every interaction. You have to keep your career and game separate but a job is way different from a career. If you get what I'm saying. When I'm in a career that is when my game and work have to part ways. I'm actively looking for a career that is why my only fear is the sexual harassment problem. So till then let the games begin. (Recent graduate looking to move up in the world)
