About a year ago in college I met this girl who I became best friends with. We naturally just click in social situations, and have extremely flirty vibes. Before we graduated we almost had sex, but held it off because she was engaged, and I don't need that on my plate.

Either way, I kinda forgot about it and still kept in contact every once in awhile after she got married. Well, I know she complained alot about her husband not being able to completely satisfy her, and she was talking about adding someone else in.

Just yesterday, she cut and dry asked me if I would join them sometime. She said it would feel weird with a random stranger, and I would be the only guy she would consider.

Personally, I feel cool about it. But I'm not sure how something like that would affect our relationship as friends.

Go for it.
