When a girls comments about you?

I'm walking by or sitting down and a girl makes a comment about me to one of her friends like
"do you go to classes with that guy?"
or "that guy has a thing for me(which I don't know why she made this comment)"

what do I do?

Also if anyone knows of an in-classroom game guide i would appreciate it.
