Hey every1, I'm kind of unsure what to do in this situation , because I was never in anything similar before. I'm having problems with this girl (who would have guessed?) I'M SORRY IT'S THIS LONG!

We know each other from elementary school , but we were never really close friends so I'm not realy stuck in the dreaded friend zone. Because we go to different highschools (yes, I'm in highschool) we wouldn't see each other at all, but luckily we go togethether to language classes. I started (in a lack of a better expression) seducing ( or maybe "courting"...) her about a year ago , while still unaware of the PUA community. I came on as cocky funny, while she was all , shy and (quote) "Aww... friends from elementary!". At first I wasn't even sure if she was interested. Maybe she just wanted some1 to sit with and remember nice things.
Then I tried to make some sexual tension to test the field some more , and save myself from ending up at the FZ. I did this with cocky funny attitude mixed with mild narcissism, because I use both in regular life , and both work for me. She said something like : (in a funny way) "I never get in a relationship with a friend" My response was : " Suuuure **wink** **wink**" And it was funny.
I had very much trouble to get her to go out with me and it really bugged me , because i thought that to be the sign of her unwillingness to spend time with me.
The problem was that even after spending a fair amount of time with her I still had NO IDEA if she was into me.
Then (interestingly enough , just when I discovered the Mistery Method) she started sending me major IoI s . One class she laughed to my every joke to the point that u could see how every one else felt unconfortable. Then (ofc) she stopped sending IoIs ( sounds like basic cat string theory, doesn't it? ) .
Now here is what happened yesterday.
Yesterday night our friend from elementary school was making a big party for her 18th bday and ofc invited most of the elementary school people.
Two words : Unlimited booze.
We met at the begginging of the party , were like :"Yay you are here!" and didn't see each other for the next hour. In the mean while I had a few drinks and apparently ( by her own words) so was she. Once again I couldn't get it. One moment she was standing with me at the bar, and then the next she was going... somewhere. One more hour later I was drunk enough to feel realy happy and brave , while sober enough NOT to say: "Ehey .... You! Meer! (Come here)" and then try the f-close So I sat somewhere near her (she was dancing) and was talking to my friend. Quick reminder : By now I have built a good comfort, and some sexual tension. And please bear in mind that the place where everything took place was very noisy and unsuitable for any kind of conversation.
During the night I tried to kino few times. She wouldn't take my hand even once, but seemed to have no problem with me touching her shoulders ( if this is even considered kino).I did get a number of huggs however.
Anyway she comes to dance in front of me , looking at me. ( basicly FOR me) and at this point I start to feel that the tension between us is starting to get visible and now I'm sure that (at least in that moderatly intoxicated state) she is attracted to me. For the next 20 mins she is always somewhere around me and (sence we were both mildly drunk) at one point I caught myself staring at her, while she is staring me back. Both of us smiling like idiots.I think that at that point every person that would look in our direction could feel something going on.
I can't really remember how but a few mins later I'm sitting with her next to me and my arm going around her neck. She came to me, i was just sitting.
My brain starts to work like mad :" How do i k-close???" There is way to much noise to use any of the gambits, but if I just tried to kiss her in front of all of my friends and fail I wouldn't live it down. I thought for a second too much because in that second some girl came to her to say hi. Apparently some old friend. Completely ruined the moment we had and kept her locked in a conversation (they were yelling in each others ears) for 10 minutes. After just as that girl left, her (my "target"s) best friend came saying they both had to leave. Asap.
I got a kiss on a cheek and a goodbye.
Ofc filled with sadness and stupidity I did the worst thing I could have done. When I got home in a now drunk state, I sent her a message via FB... I know it's AFC . It's so AFC I feel embaressed for writing it here. But I was drunk and sad.
I'm quoting the msg : "It's now about 4.25 am and this may very well be the booze talking , but do you want to take a walk tomorrow? (signed) With love from your tipsy Ric0chet (it sounds better in my language xD )".
Ofc as soon as I woke up I sent a message saying I was sorry for the last message, I put in a joke or two and told her that the inventation was still on.
I knew she would somehow turn me down. I mean it would be really awkward
if we met that day. If nothing else I feel really happy couse know I know that she likes me... or at least liked me before yesterday.

That was the story. So what I'm asking every1 now is: What should I have done (what would you have done in my place). What should I do now?! ( moron instructions please). I will see her again in about a week, how do you think she will react and what should I do? Please serious answers only :p
