So here is the deal,The perfect girl moved now in the middle of the year into school.
Shes just perfect,Hb 11 ;p And every guy in school is openeing on her and shes declining everyone..even the hotshots on school and the naturals.
So I wonderd whats the best way to approch her to win her over? I thought about going with something about how everyone is hitting on her and thorwing some neg about how shes not my type..

Look first thing you need to do is step back from the feeling of near infatuation you're getting and realize she is just another "mark".

The fact that you are all over the fact that she is the hottest thing in school and how she is rejecting every guy, even the popular ones, shows that you are placing her above your own self worth.

So, step back, stop the jocking a bit and realize she's just another chick.
This will allow you to be calm as you come up to get her.

Your opener idea is not bad, but the fact that you tell her "you see her rejecting everyone else" will only feed into her ego and she will know you have been keeping tabs on her.

I would try to inadvertently start a convo, don't try to pick her up. Do you have any classes with her or the same lunch hour? Get in a position where you two will be close enough to each other to inadvertently start a convo and move it forward in the beginning slowly.

Another way would be for you to some how get a bit of attention on your side so that she actually ends up noticing you. THe point is for her to acknowledge your existence on her own, not so much needing to get her attracted to you. Once she has noticed you on her own it will signal something in her brain that you are not just another "loser".

These are some basic suggestions because every man and woman is different. Let the vets give you more detailed strategies.

The word here is Abundance. Ask any man if he hasnt ever fallen for a really "special" girl n il show you a liar. Try not to think about her too much coz if you do, then you'll simply imagine all sorts of crazies like getting married and dream up your ideal personality on her. Then you'll get attached which in turn fuck up your interactions. Personal experience

As for actually getting her, sorry mate im not experienced enough to give out advice for one-itises.
