you can only make her wanna be with you instead, radiate a sence of joy, dont look down on yourself and get more self respect. aswell as more respect for other people including her boyfriend, hes not an object to be manipulated. your only chance is to do those things soo much more than he does that she likes you. she might also really enjoy seeing your motivation to get closer to others , you can display this by asking alot of single woman out on dates and approaching them, itll make you happier aswell. her boyfriend might have no motivation and is just too lazy to go get a new girl. dont talk to her ever again let her come to you, but it would help if you do these things, all of them actually, dont leave any out and youll find A girl. nothing in life is quaranteed so go approach one girl a day until you find your belief in being nice. and girls dontn like jerks, guys just dont get laid because they blmae other people for there trouble in there relations ships with them. and ccall the nice guys "jerks". really no human being can be a jerk, thats like calling yourself a leg walkking breather....

In response to your question though, IMO "I have a boyfriend" is not commonly used as a shit test - its is much more likely a response to you asking for a number/date/bounce without having built sufficient attraction.

"I have a boyfriend" is an automated response women use to blow off guys thier not interested in.

Hell I have even told women that I have a girlfriend to get rid of them.
