I'm currently starting to work on individual elements of my social skills, and I’m fairly good at calibrating and building rapport with people, however occasionally I read about frames, and the need to keep a strong frame. At this point those two processes seem contradictory to me – if you have a strong frame you’re not calibrating, and if you’re calibrating you’re changing your behaviours or frame to fit the person you’re interacting with.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Chris
