She's playing a high-value game with you. Play it back and don't let comments like that faze you. Depending on how far along you are, you might want to neg her for it ("A date? Haha, who'd you bribe for that one" etc), but skip it if you're past that stage.
Another trick might be to act really happy for her and tell her that you hope she found the perfect guy for her (and if not, you actually have another guy in mind you can recommend to her -- but don't word it in a way that she thinks you may be referring to yourself). That's a strong IOD that could stun her into chasing you again if the timing is good for it.

She could have just as easily left out the fact that she was on a date, but she specifically mentioned it, so she's probably trying to see what kind of reaction she can get out of you.
