Dealing with Male obstacle? Opinions vary wildly on this topic from befriend them right off the bat to, kick his ass if he gets in your way. What do you gentlemen think?

There is approaching a set that has men in it. I think the best way to go forward is to engage the whole group befriend the men show your non-aggressive and continue with the set. Neg the target Disarm the male and female obstacles with humor and charm.

I was on a sarge last Saturday and had a hostel obstacle broke a set really forcefully and started running me down .
Wish the story had a happy ending like letter she approached as was like "sry about that jerk", but that wouldn't be what happened.

Any helpful suggestions on what to do there?

I just broke off the set and got out of there with out causing a scene.

Worked the room sending out love, in the end worked two targets got contact info. so I guess there was a happy ending after all.
