I'm 23, and every time I go out to a bar and drink, I'll be hungover for 2 days=not worth it. So my main question is how to get better at day game and approaching women say at a coffee shop. To me it just seems like a totally different situation than a bar type SPAM and may think of me as a creeper... Any suggestions?

Running the cube in a bookstore isn't exactly ideal. It takes a more natural approach. I personally don't waste much time with canned lines and such during daygame. Take a look at the things going on around you and use it for an opening. "Hey, I see you've got Stephen King's newest book in your hand. Did you read his last one? I haven't gotten to it yet." Opening lines are literally everywhere around you if you take a second to look around. It's just a matter of keeping the conversation going for a few minutes, getting the number and bouncing.
Both David Wygant and Wayne Elise were extremely helpful in helping my daygame. I was actually a little surprised how well similar approaches work in bars as well. Women are so used to the same old rountines and lines from guys they seemed a little more at ease with a guy just taking notice about the SPAM and talking about it.
