My family owns a restaurant. I'm waiting tables there while I'm in college to get my masters, and they just hired a new girl. This girl is incredibly cute, and is oozing with natural game. She somehow, in the course of 2 days has got me excited to go to work. She's from China, so her English is...okay, but she's incredibly playful. Today, I was in the back waiting on a dish, and she came up and walked right in front of me. For some reason, I hesitated to say anything and ended up poking her(i don't know)...which got me a playful slap across the arm. In down times, she insists that I play slaps with her, and then she invited me to have dinner tomorrow night with her, her roommate, and another guy friend (competition:???). Today, she started negging me by calling me fat, and then complimenting me...then some playful arm touching, then more negging. She now has me driving her to and from work, (mostly at my parents' request), and she wants to teach me Chinese (I'm an American Born Chinese). What do I do about this girl? How should I approach this situation, and should I try and close quickly, or move slowly, so as not to scare her off? Any help would be great. It should also be noted that my school and internship screw with my schedule, so the only times I get to see her are on the weekends (fridays, saturdays, and only this sunday). Any advice would be helpful. I need a routine, and I need someone to walk me through it. Remember, she's from China, so any big words, or childhood reminiscing that involves pop culture is out. I'm also interested in seeing if this is long term, and not just a one night stand...and since she works for my folks and all.... I kind of need a way to be able to new screw this up permanently. I know this is a lot to ask for, but if anyone has the time to help me out, that'd be great. Thanks.
