Depends on the context. If its a blow off use your standard polite ejecting line. If she just seems a bit nervous then continue. If you can't get her to say anything substantial with open questions then you need to run the conversation (do up to 80% of the talking). If she doesn't appear to be entertained at all then you might need to find another set. It doesn't hurt to plough a bit, you never know what will hook a girl.
