After my workout I had to wait for my brother to change, so I went and sat on an exercise bike and just waited there. This girl I somewhat know (Sarah, let's say) came and sate next to me on the other bike. Shes basically a tall, fit, smart, sexy HB8. You all know the person I'm talking about, you've all seen her.

I started talking to her about some random things, like what was on the TV, and where she's going to school, what classes she has (some of this stuff most PUAs would classify as totally AFC). But what was great about this conversation was how smooth it went, how easy it was for me. I didn't have that usual intrinsic what-should-i-say-next dilemma - Everything was so natural.

I made her laugh a little, we had a pretty neutral conversation overall though. The whole time I was thinking "how can I game her..." but I decided not to worry about game, or routines, or openers or closes or any of that shit. I just wanted to enjoy the conversation for what it was - a friendly and natural conversation between a guy and a girl. Nothing else to it.

If that thought came to your mind, then yes you did go AFC. You played it safe, and didn't want to risk escalating the comfortable and enjoyable moment.
